Boating is not just cruising around on the water listening to your marine stereo and pulling someone on inflatable toys, boating is about safety of your boat and people in it but the safety of others in other boats. A boater can not assume that people in the boat traveling close to you knows what they are doing or what they are doing other than boating so you must boat like they do not see you. Your boat propeller should be in good working order so you get the best performance from it and you need a life jacket for everyone on the boat.
